Gift wrapping
If you require your purchase to be wrapped, please notify our staff
member when they contact you to confirm your order. There will be an
additional charge of $9.95 per product including a note card.
Delivery
In most cases we will engage Australian Air Express Couriers to deliver
your goods. They will require that we provide them with a day time
delivery address and a contact phone number. Parcels must be signed for
upon receipt, unless we are instructed otherwise.
• Orders under $100 will incur a $9.95 delivery fee
• Orders over $100 will incur a $14.95 delivery fee
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery and in country areas up to 21 days.
International deliveries can be arranged upon request, however delivery
charges will vary depending on location and speed of delivery required.
In some cases Pepe's Paperie may choose not to offer an international
shipping service.
Payment Options
Payment of goods ordered can be done by credit card over the phone, or
by direct debit transfer. Banking details can be given upon request and
order will be shipped once remittance has been confirmed.
